Getting to the conference

Plan your trip to join us at The Berlin Moot.

The entrance to the Berlin Moot can be found at “Portal 3” of the Humboldt Forum:

There are several options to reach the venue.

By public transport

Closest stations:
U Museumsinsel: bus 100, 300, and N5; U-Bahn line U5 (1 minute walk to location)
Berliner Schloss: bus 147 (1 minute walk to location)
Hackescher Markt: S-Bahn lines S3, S5, S7, S9 (10 minute walk to location)
Alexander Platz: U-Bahn lines U2, U5, U8; S-Bahn lines: S3, S5, S7, S9 (15 minute walk to location)
(all stations are wheelchair accessible)

By car

‍Barrier-free parking is available south of the Humboldt Forum on Schlossplatz. In case you require barrier-free parking, please contact us

Car parks are located at:
- Dom Aquaree (Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 5, 10178 Berlin)
- Q-Park Unter den Linden / Staatsoper (Bebelplatz 2, 10117 Berlin)
- Rathauspassagen (Grunerstraße 7, 10179 Berlin)

A taxi rank is located at Spandauer Strasse, corner Rathausstrasse (7 min walk from the venue).

All the spaces being used by The Berlin Moot inside the Humboldt Forum are wheelchair accessible.

The public areas usually have automated doors that can be opened with a button.

Elevators provide access to all non-ground-level public areas. The controls in the elevators are usually lower than 90-100cm and have voice announcements.

A tactile and visual high-contrast floor guidance system inside the building connects to tactile strips in front of Portal 3 and in the passage where our reception is taking place. The guidance system leads via the stairwell to the workrooms on the 1st floor and to all entrances on the 1st-3rd floor. Seating and toilets in the workrooms and exhibition spaces can be found via the help of this tactile floor guidance system.

Wheelchair accessible toilets and elevators are available and reachable from Portal 3.

Service dogs are welcome inside the building.

The dress code for the Berlin Moot is business casual.
