Natascha Zupan

Head of the Global Learning Hub for Transitional Justice and Reconciliation, Berghof Foundation

Natascha Zupan is the Head of the Global Learning Hub for Transitional Justice and Reconciliation at the Berghof Foundation. She has been working at the interface of peacebuilding policy and practise, state and civil society for many years, with a specific focus on peace processes in the Middle East and former Yugoslav countries, transitional justice as well as conflict sensitive development cooperation. Previously, Ms Zupan was the Director of the Working Group on Peace and Development (FriEnt), an association of governmental organisations, church development agencies, civil society networks, and political foundations. She also worked with peace building organisations in Palestine and North Macedonia, KOFF/swisspeace and the Swiss Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, supporting the design and implementation of Switzerland's regional peace building programme in the Western Balkans. Ms Zupan holds an M.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and History.
